DESCRIPTION:Herbal Baths and Steams  \nSunday December 11\, 2-4:30 p.m.  \nLocation: My garden in Glendale\, CA \nCost: $45-$55\, sliding scale \nIn our final session we will explore the ancestral practice of bathing and steaming with plants. This is a ritual and healing practice that can be found in many cultures around the world. Of course\, bathing the body with water and aromatic plants is a natural way of cleansing the body\, but it is also a powerful healing modality for clearing and releasing negative energy and emotions that we are carrying. Baths and Steams can be applied for healing many physical ailments as well\, and specifically can be a powerful tool for supporting and deepening the breath\, clearing the sinuses and keeping the airways open and relaxed. Folks will leave with a bundle of plants to prepare their own healing bath or steam with at home.
